      Benefits..paid holidays..insurance. A great support team. The owner is involved in the company.we have an area manger who is involved.. The salons are busy.

      Nights and weekends.. its not the the easiest job in the world. But the staff is great and the money is worth it

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
