      Great Clips is such a wonderful place to work! This company has the most amazing franchisees, managers, and stylists! Working at Great Clips has been the best job I have ever had! I get continuing education, we are always setting goals and striving for excellence! The best part is knowing that your recognized and appreciated for your hard work!

      You don't have a set schedule, but the nice thing about that is your not getting bored of the same thing every day!

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Kontras

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
