Clip Notes system, makes it easy to determine desired haircut Great Clips sponsors a lot of programs and charities, including free haircuts for veterans on veterans day, and free haircuts for those battling cancer Management is flexible with requesting time off Paid holidays (3 a year) Tips

      Terrible pay, minimum wage without raises Open 7 days a week Open very late on weekdays Generally set schedules are not accepted Schedule changes every week Unrealistic expectations (13-17 minute haircuts, expect to earn $35+/hr for the shop while you only get paid minimum wage)

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.

      Advanced education by Great clips inc is some of the best in the industry.
