      Depending on the location, you have the opportunity to earn decent tips.

      The company wants you to cut hair in less than 12 minutes per person to gain productivity. This gives very little quality time for the client, especially if you have a indecisive one. There are few manorities in Managment and very few franchises that offer health and dental benefits. It's a chop shop to earn fast money for the franchise.

Our cutting system and advised cutting times are based on data that we've collected for years which shows the optimal time it should take to complete a haircut. Each customer deserves a personal, quality experience. More time may need to be spent with some customers to ensure that happens. Clearly, others take less time.       Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Kontras

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
