We get hot breakfast every morning and recently added snacks with tea in the afternoon based on our requests. Events may not be frequent, but whatever happens is high-quality and memorable. This year’s Diwali celebration was exceptionally well organised a full day of bonding, activities, food, and celebration. The culture encourages passion-driven work. You naturally feel connected to what you’re building. Communication expectations outside work hours are rare and only during go-lives or critical demos.
