The company went down hill as soon as they merged CitysightsNY with Grayline and became one. The changed the commission during off season, till they just recently just starting taking off commission on the majority of their products. The management is horrible, they only care about themselves and will do anything in their power to keep their job, they mad mouth and don't respect the hard work the majority of employees put in. They had so many good employees and they all left because they were not appreciated and talked down to. The management lies and tells you your job is secure but the truth is no one is safe.
