Petty work environment, 'management' in every department is way too old and this practice cis ancient.. they think they are better and more qualified.. yet lazy and set in their ways.. sad. Not reliable on getting paid commission since upper I quote ' upper ' management decides whether it is legit.. yup legit.. no direction and no lead by example.. just ordering and getting talked at and down to.. sad but egocentric manager won't cut it.. avoid at all cost
