Pros
They had some pretty killer snack options in the break/conference room, and everyone there-- except for a couple higher-ups-- was really friendly, hard-working, and easy to get along with.

The owner is impossible to work for. He is way too concerned with dissecting every aspect of every single thing his employees do, and not concerned with the real issues, like the fact that they don't (or didn't, at the time) have a real senior developer on staff. Considering the caliber of work GS produces, I am AMAZED that they have been in business since the 90's, and that they still had any clients left by the time I got there, in 2015.
