I’ve had the pleasure of working at Graphnet for over 10 years and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible journey. I’ve experienced first-hand the growth and innovation that Graphnet brings to the health and social care industry. I’m proud to be a part of a company and a team that gives a real sense of purpose and where everyone wants to make a positive impact within health and social care. My colleagues here are fantastic, creating a great environment to thrive in. We have a wonderful senior leadership team who are approachable and friendly, they make people feel valued and supported. Many of my colleagues who have been here a similar amount of time or longer are a true testament to the positive culture they have created. We also have a brilliant HR department where wellbeing is a priority and who are supportive and genuinely care about us as individuals. My own team make work enjoyable and fulfilling, I genuinely enjoy working alongside them and look forward to many more years of contributing to such a meaningful industry, The benefits are also great, perhaps one of the most beneficial to me personally is working remotely. This has been invaluable to me, with a young family being able to balance professional and personal life is something I truly value. The company works hard to ensure everyone regularly gets together at all company events as well as departments having individual face to face meetings and social events.

I personally do not have any specific cons for working here. My only possible comment would be given the nature of our industry the speed and direction can often change at short notice which results in some tight timeframes but I think that’s inevitable in any industry / job role.
