Few, if any. Low expectations. Good place to waste away at.
Kontras
No real systems in place, done by force of will. Lots of expected overtime, low prevailing wages, with no raises or review process. An arbitrary bonus program that is handed out unfairly to staff and has no goals or timelines and is purely at the whim of the owner. Constant blaming of production staff for failures that were the result of poorly set expectations by sales team and upper management.
