Focus on culture and people; self directed, hierarchy-less organisation. Fairly well paid, and lots of room for progression and personal development (although you have to push it yourself!). Strongly ethical company.
Kontras
Sometimes chaotic, self management is a lot of work in emotional/bandwith terms (albeit rewarding) - overall, not much really.
