Toxic-positivity all over the place, work-life balance is often ignored, unrealistic time expectations, micromanagement and make all of their workfoce to use a single agile methodology SAFe (instead of letting the teams decide the methodology) making it not AGILE at all, no PTU, benefits are ok but nothing special. No paid extra-time.
