Pros
Good place to work. Most upper management is good to work with/for. The work environment is good, the benefits are good, and salaries are good.
Kontras
Too many employees in certain departments do not have much to do and really contribute nothing to the company, and unfortunately the decision makers do not want to make the tough decisions, so the company is more or less bankrupt. A lot of money being wasted without anybody really saying anything about it. A few rounds of layoffs came around, and the people that actually do the work have been let go, yet the ones that do not really contribute much to the company are kept. It is a real shame because some really talented individuals were let go.
