Too many people wear their burnout as a badge of honour and are appreciated by the top management ( e.g: I didn't sleep for last 2 days, I don't get time to eat or pee, I have not taken a single day vacation because of work etc.) 3. Your promotion depends on how much you brag and show off rather than how much value you add. So talented people are never rewarded. 4. There is a culture of pulling others legs to move up. A toxic organization culture which has the approval of top management. 5. High attrition because of the above points. You will hardly find top talents staying here for long.
