Candidates’ tests are corrected by our best developers as soon as possible and we make sure we give relevant feedback on the code-review activity we have at the office; when candidates have the chance to discuss their solution and be advised on better coding practices. This moment is really appreciated by all of those who participate in it, even when they end up not joining the company since they say they learn a lot from it. This is a new and enjoyable experience for me, with valuable input from management.
