Unfortunately in this company you will be used. They will make you work only when it is busy. In a busy month you will overwork and in a quiet month you will struggle to pay your rent. Nobody will care about you because here the management cares only about themselves and the business. The staff is only seen as robots. Lot of pressure. No trainings provided. No motivation and no humanity from management. They will make you feel as you need to thank them to be there and they will treat you as someone above them pointing out all your mistakes and never complimenting you for your improvements and hard work. Please do not apply here if you do not want to struggle with your mental health. That’s why they provide 2 hours of session with psychologist because anyone that works here will need one at some point.
