Manager is explosive, does not communicate until he snaps, walk on eggshells, union busting tactics, guilt trips, treated like scum of earth. Manager guilt trips you if you want any time off.

New Occupational Health Physicians on site to track and monitor exposures and fitness for duty which shows they care about the health and safety of their employees.
