DeepMind is a great place to work, but there are challenges emerging & work to do on equity & inclusion - Program Specialist bei Google DeepMind: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There's a bit of a "cliquely" culture - those who have been at DeepMind for longest and/or who are extroverted benefit substantially from their positions & networks. It is the most significant barrier (in my opinion) to advancing the equity & inclusion pieces at DeepMind. There are also inconsistencies with how the (supposedly) mandatory 3:2 hybrid work week is upheld.
