While this company provides all the tools and resources to be very successful working 40-45 hours a week, you also have unlimited earning potential, so if you do choose to work a longer week, you will not regret it! The company culture is amazing here. Goodwin preaches AND lives a great company culture daily. Finally, the training is world-class. Goodwin and their training team ensure you are setup for success after the two week training period.
