Pros
When I got hired, everyone had been super kind to me, most of the customers were honestly not bad to work with at all. I worked there for over 2 years because my coworkers were all fun to be around along with the regulars. It felt like working with a big family with my coworkers where we'd all mess around with each other, chat, and overall have fun. I also liked what the company was doing, helping out with the programs they had. The school to work program helps out with high school kids get work experience and the Miracle League is a baseball team for children with disabilities. Both are amazing that they're helping out with
Kontras
I'm giving it a lower rating because everything else was horrible. It was extremely hard to get accommodations there as nobody would let me have any. The point system made it extremely hard for me as after a while I was constantly in a panic attack if I would get fired because of being maybe 5 minutes late, if there was another car problem, or if I'd get sick or any other emergency. It didn't matter why you weren't there, they'd take a point off for anything. There wasn't a set schedule so it would be different every single week. The pay was lower then most other places. I was constantly being told completely different things, so I would think I had to do one thing, and then I would get in trouble because I didn't do something else. Or I was told I wouldn't get in trouble if the taxis I was taking would be late since it wasn't my fault, then I suddenly was in trouble and got points for that. I was constantly threatened to not mess up or I'd be fired. It just all was stressful and made me hate being there.
