Pros

•Don't really need experience to be hired here •They accept a wide range of people •Co-workers were nice

•Minimum wage •Outdated scheduling system •Wanted to work 20-25 hours per week but was scheduled to work 30-36 hours consistently •Was trained for 1 shift and on my own afterwards •Expected to reach monthly quota for softline after two weeks as softline associate (even though people who have worked there for years don't reach their quota consistently) •Communication with management is not great

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Kontras

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
