Staff are given few opportunities to demonstrate their unique talents and skills, and stifled from innovative actions or initiatives. Praise is hard to come by, and exec. leadership personalities are demoralizing and sometime abusive. Goodwill is a place you want to commit yourself to, but you quickly see it as a place to transition from.
