Pros

My direct supervisors and the employees I supervised were amazing- Goodwill didn't deserve them.

One of the women at my store had been working there for 22 years, had management level- She made 50 cents over minimum wage. Absolutely disgusting. If you ever want to earn a living, don't do it here. The job is thankless, you go home after working 12 hour days because it's painfully understaffed- The employees who work there are frequently out because of work-related disabilities. The health care they offer is only accessible if you're willing to drive 3 hours to see a doctor.

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
