Pros
You can get hired with little to no experience. Gave me experience to get another job. Work load is generally pretty steady, so there's always something to do.

Most of my issues are with management. There are too many managers. About half of the staff are managers. Managers are gossipy. They don't do anything about formal complaints. Direct manager was a bully and created a toxic work environment.
