      Pros

      Rewarding work, remote positions, competitive compensation, B corporation, cross functional teamwork, cool company and good work life balance.

      Kontras

      General growing pains of a startup - priorities shift, fire drills happen, but nothing out of the norm. Limited career growth is a concern; however, I am sure that will change as the company evolves.
