Where to start - toxic culture at the top, drive the values down your throat by in reality no body lives by them. There is a culture of extreme bullying especially from supposed area managers who know nothing about the trade and are completely intimidated by people who know the role and industry better than they ever will. Did me a favour to be fair, it’s only when you leave that you realise just how bad this business is. It does have some great people but they are brainwashed by the jobs for the boys mentality. Why else are the loosing so many great managers. Such a shame, Goldsmiths as it was were really great to work for.
