      They care for their employees,and treat you well in every way.

      As a hoist operator the shifts are 12 hours long,because you don't get much excerise it becomes very mentally draining.

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
