      Su estructura y salariosson muy buenos la comida es gratis si trabajas bien puedes escalar rápido hay mucho trabajo y realamente se preocupan por tu seguridad

      Los lideres son sobrinos o conocidos siempre te tienes que cuidar a veces te explotan más de 12 horas diarias a veces 14 o más, a veces los gerentes no saben nada

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
