Pros
One of the only positives was the environment and the people, both were great for the most part. I got some good experience out of it, even though I was technically a manager I don't feel like I got any managerial experience though.
Kontras
There is zero work/life balance. They expect you to devout all of your time and energy into a minimum wage job. I don't think I ever once saw a commission more than 50$. They expect you to attend unpaid meeting almost every single day. The only way to advance was to keep up with the daily sales quota which was near impossible, as well as schedule meetings one on one with others in the office in your free time. I didn't even get paid for all the hours I worked, any time I stayed later to get what they told me to get done it was "on my time" so I didn't see a penny. Plus it always felt like the end goal of a 6 figure salary was more of a pipe dream to keep you working than a reality.
