No pros to outweigh the negatives

Kontras

Every time this company launches something new, their payroll and other departments always seem to conveniently have issues. They pull money from anywhere they can to put a beard on their accounts when showing it to their investors. Will not properly pay employees. Employees will obtain a small percentage of their actual income in the first couple of months with excuses from payroll that they are trying to fix it. Happens every time. No accountability. Violates pay agreement with no initiative to fix. Had to resign due to unethical business practices.

20% Hotel discount on Marriott brand hotels.

healthcare after (a year) although available is not great, out of pocket cost (not co-pay) for preventative care could be half of the cost of the bill. Annual raises are a joke. the difference in your paycheck is like .25cents a check.
