1. Very toxic atmosphere 2. Manager always shouts & curse whether u are a boy or a girl infront of everyone even sometimes will use slangs 3. Reason why he curses - if u rank drops from 1 to 10 or from 1 to 2 4. No access to gmb (yes there is access but 50 employees will use one system for gmb reports, gmb updates) 5. No access to GA4 & AHREFS (similar like GMB) as a result u can't check anything. 6. Favoritism is there very much those who are eye candies or joined job through high sources manager won't scold or curse them even if ranks comes to NA or if project goes away. 7. on the other hand TL also same...flirts with all the girls the ones who don't flirt with him they are finished & these things even high authorities & even HR knows but no action 8. If by any chance u fall sick & unable to come (u need to show proof) 9. If u fall sick in office then I'm sorry to say there is no medicines or Ambulance facilities (& if u call HR sometimes u will get them if ur lucky or else not & frankly speaking even TL or Manager doesn't care about it) 10. U might get fired before ur probation period if ur rank goes down Oh I forgot to mention 1. U can't rank blogs, u can't change content, even if u make strategies it will get rejected & then u will be terminated (This happened with many so I'm saying) So think before u join Gowebbo..atleast if u don't believe me take a survey & join.
