We take our employees’ well-being and job satisfaction very seriously and don't see anyone as just a number. We strive to listen to feedback and make improvements where necessary.
We also want to address the concerns you expressed about our product. At GoTo, we're constantly looking for ways to improve and stay ahead in the market. For example, we recently announced that we're exploring using ChatGPT in our IT Management and UCC tools with two new integrations. We also launched new remote monitoring and management (RMM) features last month and an all-new free offering for GoTo Resolve. We're excited about our new Customer Engagement platform, which combines a world-class phone system with all the customer communication tools, analytics, and digital channels businesses need to grow further and faster.
We want you to know that our plans and strategic initiatives may change, but our leaders in those functions and our internal communications team keep everyone informed when appropriate. We're confident in delivering on our sound strategy and mission.
