Hedge fund bought LogMeIn/GoTo more than 5 years ago. They definitely become very anxious and impatient to get their money back. They are trying to do anything to sell the company by laying off employees, outsourcing to other countries, etc. Just look at what happened with the latest Lastpass security incidents.
