Salaries are within market - you just have to make sure you don't fall out of market. They do their own research, but if you feel like you're not within market, then do your research and they listen! People here are hired to care. We strive to focus on the person, not just the employee/work. Flexibility - this is a remote centric company. You can work from anywhere, whenever (just get your managers 'approval') - this has been a game changer for people with disabilities, health conditions, parents, care givers, and ppl who just want to take a long lunch every so often! Benefits - beyond the typical health dental and vision - 20 weeks paid maternity leave and 12 weeks paid paternity leave. Tuition reimbursement. paid holidays, including the once a month Self Care Days. long term and short term disability. paid volunteer days (including virtual events) resources galore to help you find your career path

Sometimes there's a lack of direction. I see leadership being pulled in two different directions and it causes a lot of work. sometimes we move too fast and we have to spend a lot of time and money to backtrack to fix things

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Kontras

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
