Pros
-most of the people I worked with were easy to talk to, smart, and pretty grounded, you'll likely have some awesome colleagues -work/life balance is pretty solid, unlimited PTO and WFH flexibility (company is digital first) -had an excellent period of time there with an awesome team and manager before the company lost its identity and direction. made a lot of money there before the company went private and switched gears - completely abandoning our segment at the beginning of this year
Kontras
there has been a massive downturn in mission and production since the start of 2021 when a lot of the changes from going private went into effect. It felt like reps were getting squeezed out of their jobs, as there was no effective plan in place for certain teams to succeed, while others were still thriving. If you aren't on the right team then good luck hitting your quota or really having any sense of purpose whatsoever while you're still there. You can make good money here if you kill it, but again if you're on a team that isn't blessed with any inbound you'll have trouble paying the bills because the base pay is not nearly on par with the rest of the industry. I left and immediately got a raise in title and a very healthy pay bump, wish I had done it sooner.
