- Culture: it's values driven, fun, friendly, respectful and professional - Flex working options - Strategic direction from Vice President: communicated monthly in person at All Hands, with a good dose of humor included! - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program: 2 volunteer days per year + additional charity opportunities - Benefits: snacks, health insurance etc - I love this place: it is a fabulous environment to work in, a place of discovery offering personal development, if you choose to take advantage

- Pay for many roles is quite a bit lower than average - Career progression, but it's not a secret. As a smaller regional office, there are obvious limited opportunities outside of progression through the sales hierarchy or selling into a more complex BU

Thanks for sharing your experience in the Sydney office! We’re glad to hear you enjoy the values-based culture, and CSR programs among other things. We have implemented world clocks on our digital displays throughout all our global offices, and some leaders are now hosting their town halls with multiple time slots, because we agree that we should all be cognizant of time zones. Keep reminding the leaders about it and we’ll keep working on our side to make everyone more aware of the many time zones we operate in.

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Kontras

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
