The management team is optimized for fast decisions instead of the right decisions. Looks like there is no deep thinking behind decisions and moves, the same mistakes are repeated more than once. Processes which were proven as failure are readopted again. Flat large groups without professional management create a mess and confusion. Not enough time is invested in exploring new ideas and processes, every few months everything is changing. We are running in circles. It isn't a good place to develop your career, since there is no growth. People are coming and going and no one analyzes the root cause.
