The managerial understanding seems somewhat lacking, and there's a noticeable absence of metrics to gauge work effectiveness, rendering operations less efficient. The developers' competency appears questionable, judging from their track record spanning the company's seven-year existence. Such levels of unprofessionalism are rare in my two decades of experience in the field. The owners' approach seems out of sync, resembling children dabbling in business matters with their family's resources. Despite three instances of mass layoffs within three years, totaling over 1,500 job losses, the company continues its hiring spree. It's perplexing that relevant authorities haven't addressed this pattern, as essentially, the company disrupts stable employment by laying off workers and leaving them unemployed.
