Pros

Work atmosphere is great, and without it this job cannot be endured for more than 6 months unless one has a dire necessity for an income.

Kontras

- Abusive policies towards customers - Lots of pressure to meet your targets and decreasing tools to manage it (increasing prices, more restrictive policies) - Management do not provide any solution and do not listen to the professional who work on the field
