Pros

None I could think of.

Kontras

There is a complete disregard for employee well-being. People are routinely expected to work 7 days a week for ~10 hours a day, and burnout is treated as a personal failure rather than a systemic problem. Once employees are exhausted, they are quickly replaced instead of supported. Engineering leadership is alarmingly weak. The senior engineers consistently demonstrate a lack of technical competence and sound judgment, which would not meet the hiring bar at most serious engineering organizations. There is no real vision or leadership at the top. Focus heavily on self-promotional origin stories.

Pros

> Salary can be decent if you're good at negotiating during the offer stage. > Interns may get chances to work on core projects, which can be a good learning opportunity. > Lack of deep technical scrutiny in some areas means employees with confidence and presentation skills can navigate easily — even some less capable but loyal employees have managed to influence decisions significantly. > Hr is very good always motivate you.

Kontras

> Fresh graduates are treated like experienced professionals without proper training or support. > Roles and responsibilities are often unclear; people are made to work outside their domain. > Feedback and concerns are usually ignored unless a major issue occurs. > Interns sometimes lead other interns without knowing what to do themselves. > Hiring and bootcamp processes seem inefficient and unfair; selection isn't always merit-based. > Decisions (including terminations) are often based on hearsay, not actual performance reviews. > Claims of HFT work are exaggerated — poor network handling and ineffective algorithms. > Systems are frequently built, dumped, and rebuilt just for presentation purposes. > Daily meetings involve 70–80 people and waste hours due to poor team structure. > Workplace culture feels disorganized and politically driven.
