Even with the company being global and primarily remote, coworkers try their best to stick to your local business hours. It is rare that you are ever asked to work on a weekend or after hours and never on PTO. - Monetary compensation is not top tier, but considering the work-life balance and other benefits the overall value of a role at GoPro is blue-chip. - Employee retention at GoPro is the highest I've ever seen in my career (7 years at both Fortune 50 CPG and Startup/MM SaaS businesses). Most employees have been at GoPro 6+ years which is a testament to how much they love the company. - Senior Management is top-notch with troves of experience with the business. Again, most executives have been with the company since day one or 10+ years.
