      Daytime schedule, Moderate PTO, ok office space

      Very poor management (will blatantly lie to your face), no accountability, management won't listen or care about your concerns or feedback, toxic work atmosphere, can't keep employees, can't pay their bills, provides cheap equipment that breaks often, overworks and underpays employees.

      colleagues are very nice. That is the only pros I can make up

      R&D is kind of joke. So many people came here for few month and left. They do not know what is science. In so-called weekly meeting, the discussion is chaos and off the topic. Those guys even do not know how to analyze data.
