You environment deeply depends on your managers style. Some can micro manage successful reps with consistent track records while other managers you only see and hear from once in the morning zoom meeting.

The bonus was lowered each of my last 3yrs and in 2025 everyday seemed like the company was going under. Upper management wasn't honest with companies future and direction. I left very disappointed with leadership.
