Pros

People are nice enough. Work isn't very hard. Recognition is easy enough to attain. Clients are incredibly appreciative of a job performed at an average level and pace. Management is largely open to change, provided you word it appropriately enough and offer the actual solution rather than just "this doesn't work".

Corporation is mid. Individuals will try to help you, bureaucracy will bog them down. Raises and bonuses largely go to CEOs high school friends, where the majority of decisions are made. In place processes can change at a moments notice, without team input.

Snacks are always available. Pizza is given occassionally to resolve work conflict and exhaustion.

Some of the team leads and management are not to be trusted. They will try to be your friend just to go behind your back and use whatever you tell them against you. For a job that barely pays good, they expect way too much from you and try anything to get you in trouble even for minor mistakes. Work from home is treated like some unobtainable luxury. I cannot stress how frustrating this job is when management is so inconsistent and is always bogging down the helpdesk department. Do you ever wonder why the turnover rate is so extremely high in that department and people transfer out? Ask anyone there. They will know. Avoid helpdesk however you can.
