past few years so many leaders have left and culture is not in a good place. company is becoming more and more political with activists being promoted by leadership even if they are insulting to others. Teams are silo'd a lot... Even if you score high on an 9 box in mid-year and keep the pace up, you can be moved down with no real explanation, something akin to; "that's where most people are". not helpful, not even relevant to goals or your performance, just aggregated to fit the normal distribution. Poor management. Employees always told to consider total compensation when making comparisons (salary + bonus + equity). Equity has been questioned a lot but considering the how focal the HR department are leadership has had a hard time selling that as a plus when the share price has been stagnant for several years and in decline in real terms. So if you are getting a pay rise below inflation a bonus that is cut in half and share price hasn't moved the needle in 4 years I think its fair to say something needs to change to remain competitive.
