Good communication across teams and locations and, as mentioned earlier, people seem to genuinely enjoy working together. - The company has scaled up considerably, even since I joined, but still has all the good qualities of a start-up. Fast-paced, agile and always feel able to be heard. - Clear paths for progression. Interns are hired with the expectation that they will be kept on. You are given new duties that fit your skillset with the aim towards advancement. Guidance is readily available but initiative and new ideas are welcomed. - Real sense of growth that is communicated through out the company. There is no sense of complacency and management are constantly trying to push forward with new ideas. - City centre location is ideal.
