Pros

Unlimited leave and flexible working arrangements. Unless you know how to manage your bosses well, for sure there will be growth for you.

Kontras

Have monthly townhalls but Q&A is just a waste of time. People not asking the right questions and when there is a right and important question CEO, confuses us with his explanation by not answering the question. The product team is a mess. Not able to do new merchandise. New hires are also leaving.

Thank you for the constructive feedback. Every growth stage company faces unique challenges and we appreciate you taking time to give us these points to reflect on. Town halls are a way for us to keep all bears informed of important news. Our hope is that the Q&A section allows anyone, anonymously if they wish, to ask any question they have on their mind. We do make the effort to answer all questions, but these cover a variety of topics with each one having different amounts of details and context. We hear you and agree that there is a need to improve Q&A. So over the last few town halls we have been gathering feedback and made changes to improve the quality of both questions and answers. For example, we now dedicate more time for questions with the most votes. Building our financial supermarket will be a journey we embark on together. This will present each team with unique challenges to overcome as well as milestones to celebrate. Our bears will make the biggest impact in this journey and we are constantly refining the ways we can support them. This includes regular walkthroughs of our strategy to keep all teams aligned. We’re happy to hear that you like our leave policy and flexible working style. We think this let’s our bears find the right balance in life so they can focus on what’s important both at home and work. Again, thank you for the feedback.
