Some people are switched on, though I think they weren’t valued enough and clearly found work very frustrating.
Kontras
Management, direction, people. Half of them have no idea what they’re doing, consistently shirk responsibility, and just not a great environment. Leadership switch direction often and pretend it’s a start up mentality… when really it’s just their indecision.
