Pros
Working at gloops (lowercase on purpose) was a fun experience. The team was full of creatives who were constantly engaged in their work. They offered competitive pay for all positions. Managers were friendly and willing to do the long hours with the employees.
Kontras
Unfortunately, the work environment had few perks and long hours, as is the case with most Japanese companies. Their business plan may have changed in the last few years, but when I worked there it was mostly about pushing a certain Japanese product into new markets where there was little to no interest, rather than tailoring the product to non-Japanese users. As far as I was made aware, this resulted in no success.
