Since it is a small, but growing company, there is always something new to learn. There are a lot of opportunities for individual growth. Benefits are good, and I think we've done a good job of making them even better in recent years. I like the people I work with - management does a great job of always being available for their employees, and they also want to see everyone succeed.

Communication from upper management needs improvement. We need to find better ways to keep all employees updated on the company's current status on a regular basis.

Competitive salary and bonuses, strong benefits packages and job perks such has free gym membership and WFH flexibility. The management cares about employees and do their best to implement policies and programs to improve overall happiness.

As with many small to medium companies most people are really busy and juggling multiple projects. This can be challenging but it does promote learning, efficiency and automation whenever possible.
